Our Microgreens
Microgreens are the young edible plants of regular vegetables. They are harvested shortly after their cotyledon leaves (the first leaves) develop, usually in the first 5-20 days of planting.
Radish
Our Rambo Radish microgreens have a rosy, purple color with a nutty, spicy and fresh, crunchy taste
Nutritional benefits: Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, calcium iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc and essential amino acids
Anti-inflammatory, which reduces swelling and pain in the body
Natural diuretic, which can aid in reducing blood pressure
Helps detoxify and cleanse the body

Broccoli
Our Broccoli microgreens (Waltham 29), has a fresh, mild broccoli or cabbage flavor

Nutritional benefits: Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus
They are also favored for their health benefits, being a great source of sulforaphane.

It is an excellent choice as a base for any micro greens salad. We like the mild flavor and add it on top of pizzas and eggs.

Sunflower
Sunflower microgreens (Black oil), has a nutty, sweet, savory, and oily with minimal bitterness flavor.

Nutritional benefits: Protein, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Vitamin A, C, B-Complex
Great for adding to salads and sandwiches for their crispness.

Pea
Our Pea microgreens (Dun), has a crunchy, sweet, fresh pea taste

Nutritional benefits: Vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, protein, fiber, omega-3 and micronutrients.

It is an excellent choice as a base for any micro greens salad or added to sandwiches or as a side.

Spicy Mix
Our Sicy Mix of microgreens are a spicy, peppery blend of red and green mustards

Nutritional benefits: Mustard microgreens contain high levels of antioxidants, are high in fiber, and can help detoxify your liver and blood.
